David Strachan
MANAGING DIRECTOR
David is the principal at Elevation Accountants and Advisors and is a Certified Practising Accountant with over 20 years business advisory experience servicing small to medium sized private businesses and high net worth individuals. He is responsible for the leadership and client management at Elevation. David has significant experience in assisting businesses develop through the stages of start-up through to maturity. Acting as both an advisor and business partner, he takes an active role in understanding businesses, assisting in their development and advising on internal financial operations, management reporting, taxation and statutory reporting.
He understands that clients need the support of a strategic advisor who can bring together the various technical capabilities in professional accounting, tax and other advisory as well as the necessary business instinct that comes with the experience of dealing with a broad range of client issues.

Anastasia Kalitsis
MANAGER - TAX & ADVISORY
Anastasia’s clients have come from a variety of industries and include high net wealth individuals, through to medium size businesses.
Anastasia provides tax and business advice for her varied client base with a key focus on Individual and company Tax Planning, including advice on Capital Gains Tax, GST, FBT, Payroll tax and a myriad of other tax issues. She has a passion for really understanding clients needs which includes gaining an appreciation of what drives them, whether it be assisting a new business start- up, established small business or a private individual client so she can assist them with implementing strategies to reach their goals. She manages financial statement preparation, Monthly and Quarterly Management account preparations and financial analysis.
Anastasia has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at Macquarie University and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

Victoria Davis
MANAGER - LEGAL & OPERATIONS
Victoria is responsible for all legal, compliance, risk and operational related matters. Victoria's clients include high net wealth individuals and family Groups as well as all Self-Managed Superannuation Fund Clients.
As the Self Managed Super Fund space is complex and a regularly changing area, she assist clients and Trustees with a complete in house SMSF administration service, ensuring regulatory compliance with their Self Managed Super Funds is kept up to date. She also assists with the strategic planning and corporate governance for all our clients and supports the Elevation team and clients with technical advice on complex tax, risk and compliance matters.
She has a passion in understanding clients needs, delivering high quality personal customer service and building client relationships to last a lifetime.

Zac Geach
ACCOUNTANT
Zac assists the senior accountants with the preparation of financial statements and processing of tax returns. Zac also assists with the preparation and compliance of financial statements for all our Self-Managed Superannuation Fund clients and other work as required.
Zac is highly motivated and detail orientated which allows all tasks to be completed to a high standard and offer quality support to the team.

Jane Lord
SENIOR BOOKKEEPER
Jane manages the firms bookkeeping services and has over 20 years experience working on a variety of clients affairs.
Whether you want specialist assistance with setting up your new business, transferring existing accounting software to the cloud, managing and processing payroll, superannuation and other obligations or just general bookkeeping services, Jane can assist. In addition, Jane prepares all Business Activity Statements for our clients. Jane has extensive experience in MYOB, QuickBooks and Xero accounting packages, that are all cloud-based platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB)

Kylie Milthorpe
SENIOR BOOKKEEPER
Kylie assists in managing the firms bookkeeping services and works on a variety of client affairs across a number of industries.
Kylie is dedicated to helping business owners with their financial reporting needs, including managing and processing payroll, superannuation, preparing Business Activity Statements, and other general bookkeeping services. She prides herself on her methodical and accurate delivery of her work and strives to provide the best client service while doing so.
Kylie has extensive experience in MYOB and Xero accounting packages.
