Director
David is the principal at Elevation Accountants and Advisors and is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over 20 years business advisory experience servicing small to medium sized private businesses and high net worth individuals. He is responsible for the team of dedicated professionals at Elevation and manages client relationships.
David has significant experience in assisting businesses develop through the stages of start-up through to maturity. Acting as both an advisor and business partner, he takes an active role in understanding businesses, assisting in their development and advising on internal financial operations, management reporting, taxation and statutory reporting.
He understands that clients need the support of a strategic advisor who can bring together the various technical capabilities of tax and other advisory as well as the necessary business instinct that comes with the experience of dealing with a broad range of client issues.
He deals with a diverse range of clients including many clients in the following sectors:
Associate Director
Kevin has over 12 years of experience in accounting, business advisory services and taxation having worked in several mid-tier firms in the professional services space and also within the commercial sector.
He has been with Elevation Advisory since 2014 and holds the position of Associate Director, managing the firm’s client base, and acting as an in-house quality control and technical training manager.
Kevin’s combination of taxation expertise, advisory skills and commercial experience provides our clients with an adviser who can go beyond matters of profit or loss or taxation, and help grow their businesses and overall wealth in strategic, tax-efficient and commercially-sensible ways.
In using innovative technology and software to help our clients spend more time working "on their business" rather than "in their business", he is all about educating clients on working smarter. Kevin aspires to ensure that clients attain the peace of mind and freedom of choice to live the lifestyle they desire.
Manager
Sujee has worked 6+ years in the Commercial sector with a mix of Accounting & Commercial Analyst experience before joining the Elevation team.
He provides tax and business advice for his varied client base including business planning, forecasting, KPI setup, analysis and management.
He is passionate about going behind the numbers on the client’s financial statements, by seeking out ways in which real value can be provided to clients by understanding the key drivers behind the business.
Sujee cherishes being a trusted business advisor, who works closely with clients to help them achieve their short and long term strategic goals.
Accountant
Tony has become an integral part of the team whose responsibilities include assisting clients with individual tax, small business needs and bookkeeping services.
Tony is an enthusiastic team member who loves a challenge. He has a great willingness to listen to client’s needs, whether it be a business or personal matter.
He is constantly seeking to improve his workplace skills so he can add greater value to the practice’s clients and the Elevation team.
He is currently studying towards becoming a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ).
Accountant
Anastasia is the newest member of our team. She is enthusiastic, has a passion for learning and loves to take on new challenges.
She supports the Elevation team with tax compliance, corporate secretarial and bookkeeping services.
Anastasia is currently in her final year of study completing her Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting) at Macquarie University.
